Property Manager (Part-Time)

We're a boutique, locally owned agency with a carefully managed portfolio of quality investment properties, and we're looking for an experienced Part-Time Property Manager to join our friendly team as soon as possible.

About the Role

This is a permanent part-time position with complicance focus and office administration, managing a clean, well-maintained portfolio of local properties. You'll work closely with landlords and tenants, delivering exceptional customer service while enjoying the flexibility and support of a small team.

What You'll Need

- Current WA Property Management Registration
- Minimum 5 years' experience in residential property management
- Strong knowledge of WA tenancy legislation




- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
- High attention to detail and exceptional organisational skills
- Ability to work independently and manage your own portfolio
- A positive, professional and caring attitude
