The Lorian Group have partnered with a developer/builder that specialises in commercial and industrial projects across South East Queensland. They're still a relatively young business but have established a solid pipeline of work, with multiple projects already underway and several more due to commence before the end of 2026.

The business has a close-knit team where people are trusted to do their job without being micromanaged. It's a flexible environment that values common sense, accountability and people who are happy to pitch in when needed.

Your New Role
Due to continued growth, they're looking to add a Contract Administrator to the team. This role would suit someone in the Junior to Intermediate range who is looking to build on their experience while working alongside experienced Project Managers and Site Managers.

You'll be involved across the day-to-day commercial management of projects including subcontractor procurement, contract administration, progress claims, variations, cost reporting and general project support. Current projects range from approximately $20m-$60m.

What You'll Need to Succeed





- 3-5+ years' experience as a Contract Administrator with a commercial builder or developer/builder.
- Experience delivering commercial or industrial projects - not residential
- Robust organisational skills and attention to detail.
- Someone who is proactive, easy to get along with and willing to help wherever required.
- The ability to build good working relationships with subcontractors, consultants and the wider project team.
- Experience with Procore is beneficial but not essential.
