About Us Amity Care Services is a Mornington Peninsula based disability and home care support provider, founded by a team of registered nurses with extensive clinical experience in complex and acute care.

We deliver Supported Independent Living, Specialist Disability Accommodation, Short Term Accommodation, Support Coordination, Psychosocial Recovery Coaching and clinical nursing services across the region, and can provide 24/7 support to our clients. We're looking for an experienced Rostering Lead to guide our Rostering team in delivering accurate, timely and person-centred rosters for our participants. Reporting to the Business Development Manager, you'll lead a team of rostering coordinators, ensuring the smooth day-to-day allocation of shifts while balancing compliance, staff wellbeing and participant needs in a fast-paced workplace. This is a hands-on leadership role suited to someone who thrives on solving problems quickly, supporting a team under pressure, and keeping systems and communication running smoothly across departments.

Key Responsibilities Lead and support a team of rostering coordinators in their day-to-day functions Ensure the smooth, consistent and compliant delivery of staff and participant rostering

Oversee new participant and staff handovers, first shifts, and meet & greets Monitor staff compliance and skills,



and manage overtime and field hours Maintain compliance with the SCHADS Award and NDIS pricing requirements

Build strong working relationships across Recruitment, Clinical and Accounts Chair rostering meetings and represent the department at HOD meetings Conduct regular support and supervision with the rostering team

About You At least 2 years' leadership or management experience

At least 3 years' experience in rostering or scheduling, ideally within NDIS or Home Care Package frameworks Proven ability to lead a team, manage competing priorities and stay calm under pressure Excellent interpersonal, organisational and problem-solving skills

Proficient in Microsoft Office and VisualCare (or similar rostering/care management platforms) A genuine interest in supporting vulnerable people in our community High-level written and verbal communication skills

Requirements NDIS Worker Screening Check and Working with Children Check
