PJ Disability Care is a growing NDIS provider committed to delivering high-quality, person-centred support. We are currently seeking experienced Disability Support Workers to join our team to support a participant with complex mental health needs in the Geelong region.
This is a specialised role suited to confident, resilient support workers who enjoy building consistency and positive outcomes with participants.
About the Role
We are looking for reliable and professional Disability Support Workers for an immediate start.
This position offers:
- Consistent ongoing hours
- Long shifts
- Regular sleepover shifts
- Stable, long-term roster

The successful applicant will support a participant with complex mental health needs who benefits from consistency, routine and clear communication.
What You'll Be Doing
- Deliver person-centred support
- Follow Behaviour Support Plans (BSPs)
- Support community access and daily living activities
- Complete accurate documentation and progress notes
- Maintain professional boundaries
- Respond calmly and professionally in challenging situations
- Work collaboratively with the wider support team
Essential Requirements
✔ Minimum 2 years' experience in disability,
mental health or behavioural support
✔ Excellent spoken and written English communication skills
✔ Ability to communicate clearly, confidently and professionally in high-pressure situations
✔ Strong emotional resilience and ability to remain calm during behavioural escalation
✔ Experience following Behaviour Support Plans
✔ NDIS Worker Screening Check
✔ Current First Aid & CPR
✔ Driver Licence and reliable vehicle
✔ Availability for sleepover shifts, long shifts and ongoing rostered work
