About the Opportunity

This is an opportunity to lead the technology behind one of Australia's most respected Indigenous health knowledge resources. Working closely with the Director and a small, collaborative team, you will shape the ongoing development of our websites, databases and digital platforms, ensuring they remain reliable, secure and responsive to the needs of thousands of users across Australia.

About you

Our ideal candidate will have:

• A relevant tertiary qualification, or an equivalent combination of experience, training and professional accreditation.





• Demonstrated experience designing, developing, maintaining and supporting web applications and databases.

• Robust knowledge of software development, web technologies and database management.

• Experience leading a small technical team and successfully delivering IT projects.

• Well-developed analytical, problem-solving and stakeholder management skills.

• Excellent communication skills, with the ability to engage effectively with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.

• A demonstrated ability to work respectfully and collaboratively with Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander peoples and communities.
