Lead Educator

Schedule: Monday – Friday, up to 38 hours per week

Location: Inala

Compensation: Up to $35 per hour plus Super (depending on position and qualification)

Responsibilities:

- Lead curriculum planning and program delivery for children aged 0–5 years
- Mentor and support Assistant Educators
- Foster inclusive, engaging, and safe learning environments
- Build strong partnerships with families and the wider community
- Ensure compliance with regulatory and centre standards

Qualifications & Attributes:

- Diploma in Early Childhood Education
- Current Blue Card
- Leadership experience and strong curriculum knowledge
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills

Assistant Educator

Provide high‑quality care and education for children while supporting the room leader and contributing to a team-oriented, engaging environment.

Responsibilities:

- Assist with daily routines and program implementation for children aged 0–5 years
- Support children’s learning and development through play‑based activities
- Help maintain a safe, hygienic, and nurturing environment
- Build positive relationships with children and families
- Work under the guidance of Lead Educators

Qualifications & Attributes:

- Certificate III in Early Childhood Education (minimum)
- Current Blue Card
- Strong teamwork and communication skills
- Passion for outdoor, nature‑based education
