About The Role

We're looking for a motivated Operations Supervisor to oversee the preparation, management, and delivery of our modular hire fleet. This is a hands‑on role where you'll lead from the front, leading a small team of Operations Technicians to get our modular buildings ready, checked, and delivered safely and on time, meeting customer expectations and company standards. Reporting to the Operations Manager, you'll manage and coach a small team of Operations Technicians, making sure everything leaving site meets customer expectations and company standards.

Key Duties

- Inspect, test, and prepare ancillary equipment for re‑hire
- Ensure protected and compliant transportation of assets to customer sites
- Carry out repairs, maintenance, and retrofitting
- Conduct thorough inspections prior to dispatch, ensuring compliance with quality controls
- Coordinate and participate in stocktakes
- Maintain accurate records within company systems and asset management processes
- Supervise, train,



and support team members to ensure competency and safety
- Plan and allocate resources to meet operational requirements

What You'll Need

- Current Driver's Licence
- Current Forklift (High Risk) Licence
- Comfortable using a computer for emails and basic systems
- Skilled in using hand tools with the ability to complete general repairs and maintenance work
