About the Role
Bar Ferdinand is seeking passionate Casual Bartenders to join our team at 7 Alfred Place.
This is a unique opportunity to work in a neighbourhood cocktail bar inspired by Melbourne’s botanical heritage and seasonal Victorian produce. You will be responsible for delivering refined takes on classic cocktails in a warm, intimate environment.
Responsibilities
- Prepare and serve garden-led cocktails and refined classics with precision.
- Provide knowledgeable service regarding our selection of Victorian wines, beers, and bar snacks.
- Maintain a clean and organised bar setting consistent with our detail-driven standards.
- Engage with guests to create a welcoming and intimate atmosphere.
Requirements
- Valid Responsible Service of Alcohol (RSA) certificate.
- Proven experience working in a high-quality bar or cocktail environment.
- Availability to work across weekends and evenings.
- Full working rights within Australia.
