About The Opportunity

Our client, a respected supplier to the mining industry of screening solutions, is actively recruiting a machine operator to become an integral part of their operations. This position plays a vital role in manufacturing high-quality components used across Australia’s mining sector.

Key Responsibilities

- Set up and operate machines, routers, or other production equipment
- Read and interpret technical drawings or digital files
- Perform machine programming or adjustments as required
- Conduct quality checks and maintain production standards
- Assist with maintenance and resolve machine issues
- Work collaboratively to meet production targets and safety standards

Shift Times

- Morning Shift | Mon – Thurs 4:30am – 2:30pm





Qualifications & Experience

- Manufacturing / warehouse experience or similar
- Manufacturing Certificate desirable / not essential
- Ability to complete physical work (Lift up to 16kg at a time, repetitive twisting, bending, squatting)
- Demonstrated experience or ability to follow instructions from SOP / Work instruction / Supervisor
- Hand tools experience
- Good communication skills
- Attention to detail
- Can listen and take instructions well
