Lead The Charge

This isn't a management role where you'llspend your day hidden away in an office.

We're looking for a hands-on leader wholoves being on the shop floor, working alongside their crew, supportingcustomers and driving results. You'll take ownership of our all categories while helping deliver outstanding store performancethrough strong leadership, coaching and sales expertise.

Your Mission

You'll be responsible for:

- Leading, coaching and developing a high-performing sales crew
- Driving sales growth across our all categories
- Achieving daily, weekly and monthly sales targets
- Leading from the front and setting the standard on the salesfloor
- Supporting customers with expert product advice and solutions




- Analysing sales performance and identifying growthopportunities
- You’re au fait with utilising social media to drive increasedfoot traffic
- Working closely with store leadership to deliver strongcommercial outcomes
- Building a customer experience that keeps people coming back
- Creating a culture focused on accountability, teamwork andresults

Success in this role is all about drivingsales, revenue and Like for Likegrowth, developing your crew and turningopportunities into results.

- You’re a hard core 4WD enthusiast and you know the great Aussieoutdoors from experience
- You consistently achieve volume sales based on Like for Likegrowth
- You have “a bit of the mongrel in you” to drive retail sales and great customer service
- You enjoy coaching, mentoring and developing people
- You bring energy, positivity and a strong work ethic every day
- You understand how to drive conversion, attachments and averagetransaction value and sales per hour
- You have experience or a genuine interest in 12V, automotive,camping or outdoor products
