This role is suitable for an experienced OSHC educator or emerging leader seeking to advance their career within a supportive school community. The school is open to flexible arrangements, including job‑sharing and alternative rostering options.

About the Role
As the OSHC Service Leader, you will oversee the daily operation of the before‑and‑after school care program, ensuring a safe, engaging and inclusive environment for children.
The role works Monday to Friday, covering morning and afternoon shifts with a mid‑day break. The school is willing to discuss flexible options with suitable applicants.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead the day‑to‑day operation of the OSHC service
- Plan and implement engaging experiences for school‑aged children
- Supervise, support and mentor educators
- Build positive relationships with children, families and school staff
- Maintain compliance with National Quality Framework requirements
- Ensure a safe, inclusive and child‑focused environment
- Manage administration, documentation and service operations
Skills & Experience
- Diploma in Early Childhood Education and Care or ACECQA‑approved equivalent
- Current or pending VIT Registration
- Previous experience within OSHC, school‑aged care or a similar education setting
- Leadership experience or demonstrated capability to lead a team
- Strong communication and organisational skills
- Sound understanding of child safety and regulatory requirements
