Full Time | $90,000 – $120,000 OTE + Superannuation

Due to continued growth and expansion, Goulburn Motor Group is looking for another great salesperson to join our team.

With our new vehicle operations expanding alongside our established Quality Pre-Owned department, we have created an exciting new opportunity for a New & Used Vehicle Sales Consultant.

This is a newly created position with the opportunity to sell across a broad range of both current and used vehicles.

Previous vehicle sales experience is not essential, although it will be highly regarded.

We're looking for someone with proven sales ability, a great attitude and the drive to succeed. Whether you're an experienced automotive salesperson looking for your next opportunity, or a successful salesperson from another industry ready for a new challenge, we'd like to hear from you.

For someone already in the automotive industry, this role also offers the opportunity to join a growing business with genuine potential for future career progression into sales management.

Who are we looking for?

Previous automotive sales experience would be highly regarded, but it isn't essential.





We're equally interested in hearing from successful salespeople outside the motor industry who are looking for their next opportunity.

You may currently work in real estate, retail, telecommunications, finance, insurance, machinery or equipment, business-to-business sales, or another customer-focused sales environment.

If you know how to build rapport, follow up opportunities, understand what a customer needs and close a sale, we'd like to hear from you.

You'll ideally:

· Have previous sales experience and a track record of achieving results

· Be confident, personable and enjoy dealing with people

· Have strong communication and relationship-building skills

· Be motivated by targets and the opportunity to earn commission

· Be proactive in following up leads and generating opportunities

· Take pride in delivering an excellent customer experience

· Be organised, self-motivated and reliable

· Enjoy working as part of a successful team

· Be willing to learn our vehicles, products and processes

· Hold a current driver's licence
