An exciting opportunity is currently available for an experienced or up and coming leader to join our Pinnaroo Parts department in the position of Parts Supervisor.

This is a practical leadership role suited to a experienced Parts Interpreter looking to take the next step in their career or a Parts Manager wanting to work with a small tight knit team.

The role

As Spare Parts Supervisor, you will oversee the day-to-day running of the Parts Department, supporting retail and trade customers, workshop technicians, and internal teams. You will help drive sales growth, maintain inventory accuracy, coordinate purchasing, and contribute to a positive, high-performing team culture.

Key responsibilities

- Lead the daily operations of the Parts Department in a hands-on capacity.
- Provide exceptional customer service and accurate parts interpretation for agricultural machinery and related equipment.
- Maintain stock control, ordering, receipting, stocktakes, and inventory accuracy.
- Coordinate supplier relationships, purchasing, back orders, returns, and freight processes.
- Support and mentor team members while promoting accountability, teamwork, and continuous improvement.
- Work closely with Service and Sales teams to ensure smooth workflow and excellent customer outcomes.




- Assist in achieving sales, gross profit, and departmental performance targets.
- Ensure accurate administration and compliance with dealership procedures and WHS requirements.

What you will bring

- Previous experience in parts interpreting, parts supervision, or a senior parts role within agricultural, machinery, automotive, or related industries.
- Strong customer service skills and the ability to build lasting relationships with customers and suppliers.
- Demonstrated leadership ability with a willingness to coach, support, and lead by example.
- Strong organisational, computer, and administrative skills.
- Mechanical or technical knowledge of agricultural machinery and equipment will be highly regarded.
- A current Forklift licence would be advantageous.
