mecwacare is looking for a dedicated and experienced Clinical Care Coordinator to join our 62-bed residential aged care home, mecwacare Flora Hill, located in the vibrant regional city of Bendigo.

As a Clinical Care Coordinator, you will provide clinical leadership and work collaboratively with the Facility Manager and key relevant people, residents and families to oversee and guide effective resident-focused clinical outcomes. This role is supported by the Facility Manager and specialist teams in Quality, Learning and Development and AN-ACC who all assist in championing a continuous improvement program in the clinical care of residents at mecwacare.

What you bring:

- Advanced clinical skills, including current and ongoing registration with AHPRA as a Registered Nurse.
- Minimum 2 years' experience providing quality aged care services in a clinical management role.
- Demonstrated ability to mentor and support Registered Nurses and Care Staff in all aspects of clinical care.
- Proven ability to lead, motivate and develop teams while fostering a positive and collaborative work environment.
- Excellent verbal and written communication and interpersonal skills.
- Well-developed prioritisation and organisational skills with the ability to meet deadlines and attend to multiple tasks.
- Demonstrated skills in team leadership, a strong working knowledge of continuous improvement, and familiarity with personal care and client requirements in the Aged Care Standards.
- Knowledge and experience of AN-ACC funding requirements.
- ACIPC: Foundations of Infection Prevention and Control course completion




- Current First Aid and CPR certification.
