We are seeking someone to help our manager oversea our sales team in a busy Fresh Seafood store in Toowoomba.

Sales: Drive daily sales goals, manage cash register and general help to the manager and staff.

Seafood Quality: Daily inspect and maintain health and safety procedures and displays.

Staff Support: Help train recent and existing staff and step in as the manager needs.

Stock: Keep up stock levels and stock rotation.

Customer Service: Answer questions about cooking methods fish types origin and product knowledge. (This can be learned on the job)

Safety and Hygiene: Follow strict local health and safety rules for food handling and general store cleanliness.

This position is Tuesday- Saturday with the tore closing at 6.30pm so usually you would finish around 7.30pm.

Pay: $55,000.00 – $59,800.00 per year
