Perth Packaging Supplies (PPS) is seeking an experienced Group Accountant to join our growing team.

The Group Accountant will be responsible for managing the day-to-day accounting and finance functions of the business, ensuring accurate financial reporting, maintaining strong financial controls, and supporting management with cash flow planning and business analysis. Key Responsibilities
- Prepare and maintain daily accounting records and general bookkeeping
- Manage Accounts Receivable and Accounts Payable
- Prepare cash flow projections and assist with cash flow management
- Perform bank reconciliations and general ledger reconciliations
- Assist with month-end and year-end financial reporting
- Assist with budgeting and financial analysis
- Liaise with external accountants and auditors
- Maintain accurate financial records using MYOB
- Support management with general finance and administrative duties
- Ensure compliance with company policies and accounting standards
Requirements
- Minimum 3 years' accounting experience
- Proficient in MYOB
- Strong bookkeeping and accounting knowledge
- Experience in cash flow forecasting and financial reporting
- Audit experience will be highly regarded
- Strong attention to detail with excellent organisational skills
- Ability to work independently and meet deadlines
- Fluent English communication skills
- Ability to speak Cantonese will be highly regarded
