Due to continued growth, they're looking for an L3 Systems Engineer who can take ownership of complex escalations, mentor engineers and contribute to the ongoing improvement of their service delivery and technical capability.

This isn't a role where you'll simply work through tickets all day.
You'll be trusted to own complex escalations, improve processes, mentor engineers, and help shape the future direction of support services as the business continues to scale.

What you'll be doing...

- Managing complex Level 3 escalations through to resolution
- Acting as a senior technical resource across multiple client environments
- Mentoring and supporting Level 1 and Level 2 engineers
- Improving technical standards, documentation and escalation processes
- Troubleshooting Microsoft, infrastructure and security platforms
- Working closely with leadership to improve service delivery outcomes
- Assisting with technical projects, upgrades and migrations




- Promoting a security-first approach across customer environments
- Identifying opportunities for automation and continual improvement

Technical Environment

You'll be working across technologies including:

- Microsoft 365 & Modern Workplace
- Microsoft Intune & Entra ID
- Windows Server environments
- Networking & Infrastructure technologies
- Security, EDR & endpoint management platforms
- Automation and emerging AI-enabled support tools
- Kaseya tooling ecosystem (highly regarded)

What you'll bring…

- Proven experience working within an MSP environment
- Strong Microsoft 365 administration and troubleshooting skills
- Experience supporting Intune and Entra ID environments
- Advanced troubleshooting capability across infrastructure and cloud platforms
- Strong understanding of networking and security principles
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
- A collaborative approach and genuine passion for mentoring others
- A continual improvement mindset with a focus on accountability and quality
- Experience with automation, security or infrastructure projects will be highly regarded
