Lead Installer (Toilet / Shower Partitions & Lockers)

Cubispec | Kewdale, Perth WA Full time, Permanent | $50–$60/hr + super + overtime

The Role

We're hiring a Lead Installer to run commercial installs end-to-end and set the standard for our crew.

You'll be the senior person on the tools — the one who reads the shop drawings, solves the problem when the slab is out or the site doesn't match the plans, and signs off that the job is done right.

You'll work as part of a two-man crew and take a direct hand in lifting the skills of the installers around you.

What you'll own:

- Running Toilet / Shower Partition, Locker, Bench Seating and Joinery installs from site arrival to handover

- Leading a two-person install crew — pace, quality, and safety

- Site problem-solving: out-of-level slabs, drawing discrepancies, access issues — you find the fix and keep the job moving

- Reading and working from shop drawings; independent set-out

- Straight, accurate reporting back to the Project Manager — including bad news

- Mentoring junior installers on the job

Who We're After

- Trade-qualified (carpentry, cabinet making, shopfitting) or 5+ years commercial fitout / architectural install experience





- Proven ability to run jobs solo or lead a small crew

- Confident reading shop drawings and setting out independently

- Valid driver's licence and White Card

- Willing to undergo drug & alcohol screening
