CSR has a full-time position at our Hallam Distribution Centre, offering consistent hours and a supportive team environment. The role focuses on ensuring the smooth flow of goods through the warehouse, operating forklifts safely and efficiently, and using RF scanning technology to maintain accurate inventory records.
Shift Time: 9am – 5pm.
Key Responsibilities
- Picking and preparing customer orders for despatch
- Coordinating loading/unloading of vehicles with the despatch officer
- Operating a forklift (counterbalance) safely and efficiently
- Monitoring driver inductions and ensuring compliance with site safety rules
- Maintaining accurate paperwork for despatch
- Contributing to a positive and productive warehouse environment
- A strong housekeeping mindset
What You'll Bring
- Forklift Licence (Counterbalance) – Essential
- Previous experience in warehouse operations using a forklift
- Proven experience in RF Scanning
- Ability to lift up to 25kg and safely handle plasterboard
- Team player with good communication skills and a solid safety mindset
- Good attention to detail, numeracy, and English literacy
