The Role

You’ll handle a diverse range of commercial matters, including:

- Contract negotiations and commercial strategic advice

- Leasing

- Business Sales and Acquisitions

- Property and Commercial Transactions

- Shareholder Agreements

- Commercial Litigation

About You

We’re looking for someone who:

- Has a minimum of 2 years post-admission experience

- Enjoys building long-term client relationships and delivering practical solutions





- Works collaboratively and values being part of a close knit, supportive team

- Excellent drafting and communications skills
