Due to continued business growth, we are seeking experienced Earthmoving Plant Operators to join our team on a full time basis.
About the Role
We are currently seeking an experienced Earthmoving Plant Operator to join our team operating across client sites in the Pilbara, WA.
In this versatile full-time role, you will be responsible for operating a range of heavy mobile plant and specialised equipment to support industrial cleaning, conveyor maintenance, civil earthworks, and site support operations.
Key Responsibilities
- Operate a range of earthmoving plant for trenching, site preparation, material handling, and structure cleaning.
- Operate specialised concrete placing booms for high-pressure industrial water blasting and washdown operations.
- Strictly comply with site-specific Work Health & Safety (WHS) policies, risk assessments,
and environmental standards.
- Collaborate effectively with site supervisors, mining clients, and multi-disciplinary teams.
About You
- Demonstrated experience operating earthmoving plant in mining, civil construction or heavy industry.
- Current competency operating excavators and/or skid steer loaders.
- Current HR Driver Licence.
- Construction White Card.
- Strong commitment to workplace health and safety.
- Ability to work effectively within a team environment.
- Ability to reside and work within the Pilbara region.
