Saronbell Pty Ltd is seeking experienced and highly motivated Restaurant Managers to lead McDonald’s restaurants across the Central Coast of NSW, from Umina through to Mingara.

About the Role

As a Restaurant Manager, you will be accountable for the overall leadership, operations and financial performance of your restaurant.

You will lead your management and crew teams to deliver outstanding Quality, Service and Cleanliness while building a positive, accountable and high-performing restaurant culture.

This is a hands-on leadership position requiring strong operational knowledge, commercial awareness and the ability to develop managers and crew to consistently deliver results.

Key Responsibilities

- Lead, coach and develop the restaurant’s management and crew teams.

- Drive performance across People, Quality, Service, Cleanliness, Sales and Profit.

- Maintain compliance with food safety, workplace safety and operational requirements.

- Deliver an outstanding and consistent customer experience.

- Monitor restaurant performance and implement clear improvement plans.

- Manage labour, productivity, food costs, inventory and controllable expenses.

- Set clear expectations and hold managers and crew accountable for performance.

- Build capability and succession within the restaurant’s leadership team.





- Execute business strategies, promotions and operational initiatives.

- Lead by example and consistently role model McDonald’s standards and values.

About You

You are an experienced, hands-on leader who can manage a rapid-paced, high-volume restaurant and build a strong, accountable team.

You will bring:

- Significant McDonald’s or comparable QSR experience.

- Demonstrated leadership of management and crew teams.

- Strong operational and commercial understanding.

- Experience managing labour, sales, costs and restaurant performance.

- Clear communication, organisation and performance-management skills.

- Flexibility to work across a seven-day, 24-hour operation.

Previous experience as a Restaurant Manager, Store Manager, Business Manager or equivalent is preferred. Experienced Assistant Restaurant Managers who are ready to step into full restaurant accountability may also be considered.
