The Langham Hotel Melbourne is currently looking for Casual Room Attendants to join our team.

Your Responsibilities Will Include

- Partaking in a four week training period where the set number of rooms will gradually increase
- Completing the set number of rooms independently, within the required timeframe, inclusive of the following duties (but not limited to):
- Cleaning the bathroom
- Changing of bed linen and towels
- Dusting and vacuuming
- Replenishment of items within the room




- Provide personalized guest service by answering all guest queries

For this role, your skills and experience will be inclusive of the following

- Previous experience in a similar role, ideally within a luxury hotel or similar environment
- Excellent organisational & time management skills
- Attention to detail
- Immaculate presentation and grooming
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work a rotating roster with various shifts

This role requires colleagues to work in an active work environment, where manual handling tasks will be required.
