This role supports the Store Management team in achieving storewide objectives with a focus on the Communications department.
Responsibilities
- Achieve sales and profitability targets for the store by providing ongoing training, coaching, support and feedback to the store’s Communications Team, putting the customer at the centre of everything you do.
- Lead and maintain the agreed Communications Department merchandising standards.
- Ensure all Communications Department activities meet compliance and legislative standards, with an emphasis on safety, including in‑store process and incident reporting.
Qualifications
- Enjoy working in a casual and fun atmosphere, have proven retail experience and a broad knowledge of Telco.
- Have proven customer service experience and a background in cash handling, including the use of EFTPOS facilities, and the ability to sell retail products and merchandise.
- Be able to work independently and as part of a consolidated sales team, and work under pressure.
