The Role

We are looking for an experienced Estimator to join our growing team, responsible for preparing accurate estimates, coordinating projects through the pre-construction process. Working closely with our internal team, suppliers and clients to ensure projects are accurately costed, compliant, and progressing efficiently through the pre-construction process. Responsibilities will include:

- Contacting recent leads and book site visits.

- Preparing accurate sales estimates and final costings.

- Liaising with suppliers and subcontractors to obtain pricing information.

- Ensuring all documentation is accurate and completed within required timeframes.

- Assisting in maintaining estimating systems, databases and pricing schedules.

- Supporting the business as it continues to grow and evolve

Requirements

To be successful in this role,



you will have:

- Previous experience in residential estimating or a similar pre-construction role.

- Sound knowledge of residential construction methods, plans and specifications.

- Excellent attention to detail and organisational skills.

- Strong communication skills and the ability to build positive relationships with clients and colleagues.

- The ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.

- A proactive and team-focused approach.

- Current drivers licence, White Card and able to provide a clear Police Clearance.

- Hold the relevant qualifications.
