We're looking for a dentist who enjoys providing high-quality general dentistry, values long-term relationships with patients, and is looking to become part of a supportive, owner-operated practice.

Morris Dental has proudly cared for the Prospect, Enfield and surrounding community for over 20 years. As our practice continues to grow, we're looking to welcome a third dentist to join our team.

You'll be working alongside practice owners Brett and Rano Morris in a collaborative and supportive environment. While we're looking for someone who is confident practicing independently, we're always available to discuss cases, share ideas and support each other's ongoing development.

About the Role

We currently operate a busy three-chair practice with two owner dentists. Our appointment books are consistently well utilized, with limited availability for current patients, and we're now ready to expand our clinical team.

The position is initially available for Thursdays and Fridays, with the opportunity to add Tuesdays as the practice grows and, if desired, progress to a full-time role.

The successful applicant will primarily build their own patient base while also having the opportunity to care for existing patients whose appointment preferences better suit the new schedule.

Our Practice

You'll have access to modern technology and digital workflows including:

- Digital intraoral scanners

- In-house 3D printing laboratory

- Rotary endodontics

- Digital radiography

- Equipment and workflows for surgical extractions and implant dentistry

- Ongoing investment in new technology and clinical development

Technology is important to us because it allows us to provide more predictable, efficient and comfortable care for our patients while making day-to-day dentistry more enjoyable for our clinicians.

About You

We're looking for a dentist who:

- Is confident providing comprehensive general dentistry independently

- Has around three or more years of experience in private practice (although exceptional candidates with less experience are encouraged to apply)

- Is comfortable providing restorative dentistry, crowns, endodontics, emergency treatment and routine extractions

- Communicates well and builds genuine rapport with patients





- Is gentle, empathetic and enjoys caring for people

- Takes pride in the quality of their work and continually strives to improve

- Is reflective, welcomes feedback and values ongoing professional development

- Brings a positive attitude and enjoys being part of a collaborative team

- Is looking for a long-term practice where they can establish and grow their own patient base

Experience with clear aligners, surgical dentistry or implant dentistry is welcomed but not essential. Support and referral pathways are available within the practice whenever required.
