You'll naturally notice what needs attention, think for yourself and follow tasks through—whether that's helping customers, maintaining exceptional store presentation, coordinating stock or bringing our marketing to life.

About the Role

This is a varied role, hands-on role combining retail operations, marketing and merchandising while remaining an active member of our retail team.

Your regular roster will be Mondays, Wednesdays and Saturdays (approximately 22–25 hours per week), with additional shifts available from time to time to support annual leave, promotional events and seasonal trading.

Full training will be provided across all aspects of the role.

Your responsibilities will include:

- Creating and scheduling engaging social media content and newsletters

- Receiving and processing supplier deliveries, replenishing stock and maintaining outstanding store presentation.





- Coordinating FIFO stock rotation, date checking and inventory accuracy.

- Executing merchandising, promotional displays and catalogue changeovers as needed

- Delivering exceptional customer service.

- Contributing to the smooth day-to-day operation and ongoing success of the business.

About You

Previous retail experience is essential.

Experience with Canva, Meta Business Suite or content creation is an advantage, however full training will be provided.
