Job Description: As a store-based Sales Consultant at our Croydon location, you will play a pivotal role in driving revenue growth and fostering strong customer relationships. You will be responsible for understanding our products/services in-depth and effectively communicating their value propositions to potential customers. Your primary duties will include:
- Customer interaction - Face to face, over the phone and email.
- Proactively identifying and pursuing sales opportunities through various channels.
- Uncovering customers’ needs and objectives to offer a personalised experience.
- Presenting tailored solutions to Trade and Retail clients
- Negotiating sales deals.
- Providing exceptional post-sales support and nurturing long-term customer relationships.
- Collaborating with the sales team to achieve targets and contribute to overall company goals.
- Keeping abreast of industry trends, market developments, and competitor activities.
About you:
- Proven experience in sales or customer service roles would be an advantage, however not essential if you possess a strong desire to learn.
- Prepared to actively hunt for recent sales opportunities.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Strong problem-solving abilities with a customer-centric approach.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficiency in CRM software and other sales tools preferred but not required.
- Flexibility to move between sites preferred but not required.
- A “can do” attitude.
