Front of House Coordinator – Constant Craving Cakes

Constant Craving Cakes is looking for a friendly, outgoing and organised Front of House Coordinator to be the first point of contact for our cake business in West Gosford. You'll manage customer orders, walk-in enquiries, and pickups, while working closely with our production team to keep things running smoothly.

Hours: 7am–3pm — a outstanding fit if you're looking for school-hours-friendly, structured shifts.

What you'll do:

- Greet customers and manage the retail/collection counter

- Take and process cake orders (phone, email, in-person)

- Coordinate order timing with the bakery team

- Handle payments, invoicing, and basic admin

- Support with light merchandising and display of finished cakes

- Assist with simple decorating and finishing touches when needed

What we're looking for:

- Excellent customer service and communication skills

- Some baking or cake decorating experience or genuine interest (formal training a bonus, not essential)

- Comfortable multitasking in a fast-paced production environment

- Reliable, detail-oriented, and a team player
