The Role

We're looking for experienced Multi-Machine Operators, including final trim experience to join our expanding team across various Queensland project sites. This is a hands-on role for operators who can confidently handle multiple machine types, work safely within a team workplace, and take pride in delivering quality civil works to programme.

You'll be working across a variety of civil projects, from bulk earthworks and road construction to subdivision and utility infrastructure, with the opportunity for ongoing work as our project pipeline grows.

Key Responsibilities

- Operate excavators, graders, dozers, rollers, and skid steers / bobcats safely and efficiently

- Carry out bulk earthworks, cut and fill, trenching, and site preparation tasks

- Maintain machinery in good working order and conduct daily pre-start checks

- Work collaboratively with supervisors, crews, and subcontractors on site

- Comply with all WHS requirements, site inductions,



and safe work method statements

- Contribute to delivering projects on time, to specification, and to a high standard

What We're Looking For

- Proven experience operating multiple civil machines: excavator, grader, dozer, roller, skid steer / bobcat

- HR licence (preferred) and valid QLD driver's licence

- Strong understanding of WHS requirements and safe site practices

- Ability to read and understand site plans and work to grade

- Reliable, self-motivated, and a team player

- Willingness to travel to various Queensland project sites
