THE ROLE:

We are growinga nd we need someone how will manage our website and marketplace channels, create the content that sells our products, and keep our online presence sharp across every platform we trade on. Think: product uploads, marketplace listings, content and photography, email campaigns, and social.

WHAT YOU'LL DO:

- Manage product information, images, and descriptions across our website and marketplaces

- Manage our marketplace listings across eBay, Amazon, Woolworths Marketplace and Kogan, keeping content, pricing and inventory in sync

- Write and maintain website and product content with SEO in mind, and help our products show up well in AI-driven search (GEO)





- Keep product and inventory data accurate and consistent across our website, marketplaces.

- Take and edit product photography for web and marketplace listings

- Create and upload product and brand video content

- Plan and send our email marketing campaigns: promos, new products, seasonal

- Create and schedule social media content

- Use AI and automation tools to work smarter where you can

- Assist with website updates and maintenance (no coding required)

- Ad-hoc admin tasks

WHO YOU ARE:

- Comfortable with website management and product data

- Detail-oriented and organised.

- A positive eye for content and product presentation

- Happy to learn new tools and systems

- Keen on AI and open to using automation to streamline your work

NICE TO HAVE:

- Some e-commerce or retail experience

- Familiarity with marketplace platforms (eBay, Amazon, Kogan)

- A grasp of SEO basics

- Basic photo editing or content creation skills

- Email marketing experience (Klaviyo, Mailchimp or similar)

- Experience with AI tools or automation platforms

- Pool, spa, or hardware background.
