About Us

We are dynamic, growing brands dedicated to delivering high-quality products and exceptional service. We are looking for a proactive, detail-oriented, and highly organized Office & Inventory Administrator to keep our factory office running smoothly and bridge the gap between our administrative systems and warehouse operations.

If you thrive in a fast-paced setting, love checklists, and aren't afraid to step out of the office and onto the factory floor, this role is for you.

The Role

As the Office & Inventory Manager, you will be the operational backbone of our daily activities. You will wear multiple hats—managing digital inventory, coordinating with suppliers, leading production staff, and occasionally jumping in on the warehouse floor to help the team. This is a full-time, secure position that offers full training and a supportive team environment.

Key Responsibilities

- System & Inventory Management: Maintain and oversee our digital inventory systems, ensuring absolute accuracy of stock levels. Lead monthly forecasting and production scheduling.

- Supplier & Order Coordination: Act as the primary point of contact for suppliers. Place orders, manage lead times, and ensure seamless communication.

- Sales & Customer Service (B2C): Process customer orders, handle picking and packing, and respond promptly to customer inquiries.

- Warehouse & Factory Liaison: Step out of the office and onto the floor to coordinate stock control, verify deliveries, and keep warehouse operations perfectly aligned with administration.

- Production Support: Jump into production to help the team out whenever needed.

- Staff Management:

Manage and coordinate production staff to ensure daily and weekly targets are met efficiently.

- Office Management: Keep the factory office organised, efficient, and running smoothly day in, day out.

About You

Must-Haves (Skills & Experience)

- Administrative Experience: Proven experience running an efficient office environment.

- High Attention to Detail: You spot errors before they become problems and take pride in accuracy.

- Strong Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills for dealing with suppliers, customers, and internal teams.

- Highly Organised: A methodical approach to tasks with a strong commitment to following procedures and take pride in keeping chaos at bay.

- Multitasking Expert: Exceptional ability to plan, prioritise, and manage multiple moving parts simultaneously.

- Tech-Savvy: High-level computer skills with the ability to adapt to new software quickly.

Key Characteristics

- Adaptable & Flexible: You thrive in a dynamic environment where priorities can shift quickly.

- Quick & Eager Learner: You love picking up new skills and take initiative to understand the business inside out.

- Can-Do Attitude: No task is too big or too small; you bring positive energy and a hands-on approach to the team.

Nice-to-Haves

- Experience using the CIN7 inventory management system.

- Prior managerial and/or operational experience in a warehouse or manufacturing setting.

What’s on Offer

- Stability & Growth: A secure, full-time position within a rapidly growing, dynamic brand.

- Great Culture: A supportive, active, and hands-on team environment where your work directly impacts our daily success.

- Full Training: Comprehensive training provided on our internal systems, software, and operations.
