We currently have a great opportunity for a driven and highly organised site Operations Manager to join our friendly team in Hope Valley.

Reporting to the General Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of the warehousing/processing/distribution operational function across the site in Hope Valley. As part of the integral Management team, you will be a key driver behind the day-to-day focus and tasks of ensuring smoother operations and excellent service delivery levels, all while leading from the front.

About you:

To be successful in this role, you will need to demonstrate the following:

· Previous experience in a similar role

· Sound knowledge of warehousing & distribution activities

· Steel knowledge with an understanding of processing equipment,

· Transport and logistics experience would be highly regarded

· A proven understanding of Work, Health & Safety requirements





· Excellent communication skills with all stakeholders (internal and external)

· Strong computer skills, including experience with (WMS) warehouse management systems

· Effective time management skills with the ability to prioritise tasks

· Able to lead, manage, and coach the team to meet company objectives
