Triple Zero (000) Operator - Afternoon/Evening Shift

- Location: Adelaide CBD, South Australia
- Hours: Confirmed 3 - 4 shifts a week with the possibility of additional shifts
- Roster: Thursday to Sunday, with shifts scheduled between 1:00 PM and 9:00 PM

Focus of the Role

We are looking for energetic Call Centre Agents to join our dynamic teams at our Inbound Emergency Services Answer Point Contact Centre in Adelaide.

This is a fast-paced, high-volume, and crucial role where you will provide the effective and accurate connection of emergency calls to Police, Fire, and Ambulance services. Your primary focus will be embedding a "First Time Right" culture, ensuring every caller receives a consistent, high-quality, and empathetic service standard.
