We are looking to hire a full-time store manager

Store Manager: Full-time

Job tasks and responsibilities
your key responsibilities will be:

- To give each customer an excellent shopping experience

- Keeping the store fresh and exciting with thousands of merchandise to be selected from

- Analyse and predict stock levels and order stocks accordingly

- Manage, support and develop a team

- Own the shelf via effective shelf management and out of stock reduction strategies

- Monitor and provide feedback to Team Members, ensuring they are maximising sales

- Reporting directly to the Business owners

Skills and experience

- Experience in managing a store or a team

- Passion about self- and team development

- Proven ability to deliver excellent operational management

- Merchandising experience
