What You’ll Be Doing

- Deliver Exceptional Customer Experiences: Help customers find the right products and services to suit their needs, ensuring their time at Telstra is memorable.
- Be the Go‑To Tech Expert: Stay up‑to‑date with the latest gadgets and services, offering informed guidance and solutions.
- Achieve and Excel: Use your consultative selling skills to meet and exceed sales targets and KPIs while keeping customers connected.
- Collaborate and Contribute: Work closely with your team to create a welcoming environment where everyone is supported to achieve store goals.

Salary and Perks

- Hourly Rate: $33.33 per hour
- Junior rates apply for those under 20 years of age.
- Penalty rates: 25% for weekday hours after 6 PM; 25% for hours worked on Saturday; 100% for hours worked on Sunday; 150% for hours worked on public holidays.
- Plus 12 % Superannuation.
