DAZMAC is a fast growing family-owned freight forwarder & licensed customs brokerage with office & warehouses in Sydney, Brisbane & Perth which specializes in shipping boats and cars.

We have a customs 77G and QAP 1.3 depots onsite in both Sydney, Brisbane & Perth as well as Tilt Trays and Car Carriers.

The role will be handling the movement of vehicles including coastal sea freight, which has elements of both import and export sea freight by Roll on Roll Off (RORO) & Containers

We use both Roll on Roll off and containers shipping modes.

In WA it’s a small team and everyone helps out in the yard and down at the port depending on volumes and each staff member workload at the time.

Software used is cargowise and our own in-house depot / transport app.

Duties

- Liaising with customers both commercial and individuals





- Taking online orders

- Booking space with the shipping line/s

- Booking transport

- Receiving/handing out vehicles

- Surveying vehicles

- Invoicing

- Assisting with pack and unpacking container

- Attending quarantine inspection in the depot and port
