CNE Ag is a proudly family-owned business with branches in Northam, Esperance. As we continue to grow, we're looking for a Parts Interpreter to join our Northam team. Working with industry-leading brands including JCB, Horsch, and a range of premium agricultural equipment, you'll play a critical role in supporting our customers and service department.

Reporting to the Parts Manager, youll be responsible for:

- Assisting customers with parts enquiries by phone, email and in person.

- Identifying and interpreting parts requirements accurately and efficiently.

- Preparing quotations, purachase orders and processing parts sales.

- Supporting workshop technicians with parts identification and procurement.

- Managing stock levels,



ordering and inventory control.

- Receiving and dispatching parts.

- Maintaining accurate inventory and system records.

- Building strong relationships with farmers, contractors and rural businesses.

- Contributing to a professional, customer-focused branch workplace.

What We're Looking For:

Preffably a background or knowledge in:

- Agricultural machinery

- Heavy diesel equipment

- Automotive parts

- Truck or earthmoving equipment

- Mechanical trades or workshop environments

Ideally, you'll have:

- Previous parts interpreting or customer service experience.

- Strong computer and organisational skills.

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

- A willingness to learn product knowledge and technical systems.

- The ability to work independently and as part of a team.

- A positive attitude and a commitment to great customer service.
