Exciting chance for a Financial Accountant to join our team!

Seeking a commercially-minded and technically strong Financial Accountant to join our team. Working closely with the Chief Financial Officer, this pivotal role takes full ownership of the end-to-end finance function. Play a key part in driving the integrity of financial reporting, compliance, and business support across the group.

Responsibilities

- Full responsibility for month-end close, statutory reporting, and group submissions.

- Manage payroll, tax compliance, and audit requirements.

- Own budgeting, forecasting, and cash flow management processes.

- Provide financial insights and decision support to sales, marketing, operations, and the CEO on commercial matters.

- Drive systems and process improvements to ensure efficiency and scalability.

- Maintain strong internal controls and ensure compliance with group policies and accounting standards.

- Contribute to ad hoc strategic initiatives and projects as required by the CFO or CEO.

About you

- CA, CPA, or ACCA qualified with 5+ years of relevant experience.

- Proven experience, ideally within a multi-entity or subsidiary structure.





- Strong technical grounding in financial control, compliance, tax, and payroll.

- Highly proficient in budgeting, forecasting, and financial reporting.

- Commercially astute, with the ability to communicate financial information clearly and influence operational stakeholders.

- Hands-on and detail-oriented, but capable of stepping back to drive improvement.

- Experience with Pronto, or similar ERP systems will be highly regarded.
