We're Hiring: Marketing & Content Coordinator– Cross Promotions (Surfers Paradise)

Cross Promotions is growing, and we’re on the hunt for a Marketing & Content Coordinator to join our Surfers Paradise-based team. We work across events, entertainment, and live experiences – so if you're part strategist, part creative, and fluent in Meta – we want to hear from you.

We're looking for someone who loves creating great content, gets excited by strong campaign results, and enjoys working across a diverse mix of brands. You'll be hands-on, full of ideas, and happy to jump in wherever needed.

What you’ll be doing:

- Plan and deliver marketing campaigns across a range of brands.

- Create content for digital, social, websites and EDMs.

- Manage Meta campaigns from setup through to optimisation and reporting.

- Work with designers, photographers and videographers to develop creative campaigns.

- Write copy that connects with the audience.

- Monitor performance and look for ways to improve results.

- Keep websites and digital assets up to date.

- Stay across trends,



new platforms and fresh ideas.

We’re looking for someone who:

- Has experience with Meta Business Suite and Ad Manager.

- Understands what makes content perform.

- Has an eye for detail and creativity.

- Can confidently brief creative teams and collaborate on visual content

- Has a good understanding of basic website CMS or platforms (like Squarespace or WordPress)

- Loves entertainment, events, and pop culture

- Has at least 1 year’s experience in a marketing or social media role
