This role entails processing outbound orders, preparing freight for transport, and creating daily schedules for drivers. **This role will primarily involve:** + Scan and dispatch freight + Stack and wrap pallets along with other warehouse duties where required + Create air and road consignment notes (using both a computer and manual system) + Lodge and collect freight at air and sea terminals + Load and unload delivery vehicles, completing deliveries on occasion + Collaborate with management to modify daily routes to accommodate the customer needs + Prepare daily work schedules and notify drivers of road hazards that may impact their travel time + Monitor daily driver logs for errors, violations,



working hours and equipment availability + Process export and import shipments **You will have:** + 2 - 3 years of warehousing experience + Customer service experience in a fast paced, dynamic environment + A current forklift license or willingness to obtain one + A certificate I-II in Warehousing & Distribution and/or experience in 3PL warehouse and freight forwarding will be highly regarded + Excellent written and verbal communication skills + The ability to work under pressure and prioritise multiple tasks + Robust planning and organisational skills + Experience using dispatch software is highly desirable All successful applicants will be required to complete a National Police Check.
