Pacvac is looking for a highly organised, adaptable and hands-on People & Culture Coordinator to join our team in Kewdale.
This is a varied support role for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, can juggle competing priorities, and is happy to jump in and help wherever needed. You don’t need to come from a heavily HR-focused background — experience in coordination, administration, office support or a similar role will be well regarded. What matters most is your attitude, flexibility, organisation and willingness to get things done.
What you’ll be doing
You’ll support a broad mix of People & Culture, administration and office coordination tasks, including:
- Preparing employment documents and letters
- Coordinating onboarding and offboarding
- Maintaining records and systems
- Assisting with inductions and training coordination
- Supporting culture, wellness and employee initiatives
- Helping with office administration and ad hoc tasks
- Managing travel bookings
- Assisting with leave, calendar and payroll-related administration.
What we’re looking for
You’ll be someone who:
- Is highly organised and detail oriented
- Can manage multiple priorities and changing demands
- Is versatile and happy to take on whatever needs doing
- Communicates well and builds strong relationships
- Brings a proactive, team-first attitude
- Has solid Microsoft Office and general systems skills
- Holds a current driver’s licence
