Spring Early Learning is currently seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Assistant Educator to join our team for an immediate start.

Essential Requirements:

- Certificate III in Early Childhood Education and Care
- Current Blue Card (Working with Children Check)
- Valid First Aid, CPR, Asthma & Anaphylaxis certification
- Completed GECKO training

Key Responsibilities:

- Support the Lead Educator in implementing high-quality educational programs
- Foster a safe, inclusive, and stimulating learning environment
- Assist with daily routines and care of children
- Build strong, positive relationships with children, families, and team members




- Ensure compliance with all regulatory requirements and centre policies
