Baldwin Living is seeking a compassionate and reliable Domestic & Personal Care Assistant to join our dedicated team in a rewarding retirement village environment. In this role, you will provide person-centred domestic and personal care services to residents, helping them maintain a safe, clean, and supportive home. About the Role

You will:

- Assist with daily living activities including personal care, domestic tasks, mobility, meal preparation, and community participation
- Support residents with grooming, toileting, dressing, shopping and social engagement
- Basic cleaning of resident units, communal areas, and external spaces to a high standard
- Monitor residents’ needs, follow care plans, and report changes or concerns
- Maintain accurate communication and work cooperatively within a multi-disciplinary team




- Adhere to WHS, food safety, privacy, and aged care quality standards

About You

You will bring:

- Certificate III in Aged Care, Individual Support, or equivalent
- Experience supporting older people
- Excellent communication skills, empathy, and a resident-focused mindset
- Strong attention to detail and a commitment to maintaining safe and hygienic environments
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Flexibility to work diverse hours and cover shifts
- A current National Police Clearance (or willingness to obtain)
- First Aid Certificate (desirable)
