About you:

- Current Drivers Licence (WA)
- Construction White Card
- Min of 2 years experience in trade
- Proven experience working in the Building & Construction Industry
- Trade Certificate (Formwork Carpenter)
- Works well in small to large team
- Physically fit
- Australian Citizen or valid Working Visa
- We are looking for an experienced and hard-working Formworker to join our energetic team in Perth.

The successful applicant will be responsible for overseeing, managing, and completing a variety of tasks pertaining to formwork on construction sites. You should have a proven track record of success, excellent project management skills, and a passion for building safe and quality structures. Your strong communication, problem-solving and time management abilities will be utilised to ensure accurate and timely completion of tasks.

Key responsibilities include:





- Reading and interpreting technical drawings and plans for formwork in order to ensure accuracy of work.
- Creating formwork templates and tie installations to ensure the stability of structures.
- Inspecting formwork quality and safety to ensure compliance with regulations.
- Assisting in the setting, levelling, and alignment of formwork.
- Discovering and correcting errors or issues before pouring of concrete
- Striking Formwork after the pour.
- Liaising with clients, suppliers, and other trades to discuss project status and associated questions.
- Reporting job progress, incidents, and accidents in the workplace.

To be successful in this role, you will need the following skills and attributes:

- Minimum of 3 years of experience in formwork and working on construction sites
- Knowledge of occupational health and safety regulations
- Excellent problem solving, planning, and organisational skills
