We are seeking an experienced Plumbing Site Supervisor / Foreman to lead commercial construction projects across a diverse portfolio of works.
The Role
You will be responsible for overseeing site operations on commercial builds, ensuring projects are delivered safely, on time, and to a high standard.
Projects include:
Schools, hospitals, aged care facilities, warehouses, apartments, aquatic centres and more — requiring a strong all-round commercial plumbing background.
Key Responsibilities:
- Supervise and lead plumbing teams onsite
- Coordinate subcontractors and daily site activities
- Ensure compliance with safety and quality standards
- Manage project timelines and site productivity
- Liaise with builders, clients, and internal teams
- Strong focus on work/life balance
- Overtime is minimal (only when required for critical works or schedule catch-ups)
- Bonus programme on completion of projects
- Two major social functions per year
- Long-term, reliable opportunity with a reputable contractor
- Open to interstate candidates - must have wa plumbing license and relocate yourselves to Perth.
About You
- Proven experience as a Plumbing Site Supervisor / Foreman
- Strong commercial construction background (must have broad project exposure)
- Confident leading teams and coordinating trades
- Strong problem-solving and organisational skills
- Excellent communication and leadership ability
