Allied Health Professional (Casual) – NDIS

Founding Allied Health Team Chatswood, NSW | Community-based | Flexible work

We’re building something new at Omnia Inclusive Employment Services, and we’re looking for casual Allied Health Professionals to join our founding team in Chatswood and surrounding areas.

If you’re after flexible work, a supportive team, and meaningful outcomes — this could be a great fit.

Who we’re looking for

We welcome Allied Health professionals from a range of disciplines, including:

- Occupational Therapists
- Speech Pathologists
- Physiotherapists
- Psychologists (Provisional or General)
- Exercise Physiologists
- Social Workers

Why join Omnia?

At Omnia, we keep things simple — we focus on our people and the participants we support.

Here’s what you’ll get:

- The chance to join a founding Allied Health team
- Adaptable work arrangements that suit your schedule
- Manageable caseloads
- $1,000 annual PD allowance (pro rata)
- 6 paid wellbeing days per year (pro rata)
- Uniform allowance and tools provided
- A supportive, low-bureaucracy, people-first culture

Support looks slightly different depending on your discipline:

- ✅ OTs: Access to senior OT supervision and mentoring
- ✅ Other disciplines: Strong organisational support, peer collaboration, and PD opportunities

About the role

You’ll deliver community-based services to NDIS participants — primarily young adults — supporting them to build independence and move towards employment or further education.

Your work may include:

- Assessments and capacity building (discipline-specific)
- Delivering evidence-based, practical interventions
- Writing NDIS reports and recommendations
- Working with participants, families, and support networks
- Managing your own caseload with support when needed
- Contributing ideas as we grow the service

This role is ideal if you enjoy working independently in the community and want to focus on real, everyday outcomes.

About you

You’ll bring:

- A relevant Allied Health qualification and registration (AHPRA or equivalent)
- Experience in allied health (NDIS helpful, but not essential)
- Strong assessment, intervention, and report-writing skills
- Confidence working with participants and stakeholders
- Ability to travel across Chatswood and surrounding areas
- A genuine interest in person-centred, strengths-based practice

Keen to apply?

If you’re looking for flexible work where you can make a real impact — and help build something meaningful from the ground up — we’d love to hear from you.
