We are an established horticultural production enterprise based in Hillier South Australia. We are seeking an experienced Facility Supervisor to oversee the day-to-day running of our farm facility and packing operations.
Remuneration & hours
- Salary package: from $71,550 per annum plus superannuation (paid in accordance with the applicable Award; commensurate with skills and experience)
- Full time, ongoing position
- Hours: 38 ordinary hours per week, averaged over a 4-week cycle (152 hours per 4 weeks), plus guaranteed overtime of approximately 8 hours per week (paid at overtime rates) — around 46 hours per week in total.
Key Responsibilities

- Supervise day-to-day operations of the farm facility and packing shed
- Coordinate and roster staff and oversee workflow and productivity
- Guide and direct staff to meet quality, productivity and safety standards
- Ensure work health and safety, food safety and biosecurity compliance
- Coordinate maintenance and report faults
- Maintain operational records
Skill & Experience
About you
- A relevant AQF Certificate III or Certificate IV (or equivalent); or 3 years’ experience as a Facility Supervisor with relevant formal training; or 5 years’ experience with no formal training
- Knowledge of WHS and food-safety requirements
- Ability to coordinate and direct a team
- Sound record-keeping
- Reliable, safety-focused and organised
