Aesthetics Recruitment Australia is partnering with a well established and growing name in the aesthetics and medical device space to appoint a Marketing Manager across three brands. This is a hands on leadership role for someone who wants full ownership of brand, content and campaign strategy, not someone waiting to be told what to do next.

The Opportunity

You'll take full ownership of the marketing function across three brands, shaping strategy and driving execution across:

Brand strategy and positioning across three distinct audiences
Content calendar planning and campaign direction
Social media strategy, content creation and scheduling
EDM strategy and campaign management
Product launch planning and go to market execution
Coordination and management of external agencies, designers and freelancers
Website and digital asset oversight




Reporting on what's working and shaping the plan from there

This is a role for someone who wants to build something, not just maintain it. You'll be the person setting the direction for how these brands show up in market.

About You

Proven marketing experience within aesthetics, skincare, medical devices or a premium clinical brand setting
Confident owning strategy as well as the hands on execution
Strong stakeholder management, comfortable working with founders, internal teams and external partners
A sharp eye for brand consistency and premium presentation
Experience managing agencies, freelancers or external creative partners
Based in Melbourne with the ability to work hybrid, including time on site in Melbourne's north west

Full time permanent
Melbourne based, hybrid, with time required on site in Melbourne's north west
$110,000 to $120,000 plus super, commensurate with experience
