What You’ll Do

- Deliver friendly,



efficient service across the bar and bistro

- Pour beers, prepare drinks and process customer orders

- Serve and clear meals while keeping tables and service areas presented

- Keep the bar clean, stocked and ready for busy service

- Work alongside your teammates through lunch, dinner and peak trade

- Follow RSA, safety and venue procedures

What We’re Looking For

- Previous bar and bistro experience in a pub, club or busy hospitality venue

- Confidence working across different service areas

- A friendly approach and strong customer service skills

- A current Queensland RSA

- Availability across nights, weekends and public holidays

- Reliable people who notice what needs doing and are happy to jump in
